SCAS Eiland campsite and training centre
“Die Eiland” Camp & Outdoor Training Centre is an awesome place for schools, youth, churches, family reunions or other group camps.
Beyond beautiful! Situated 4,5 km outside Stellenbosch, in the Jonkershoek valley, with its secluded location in the imposing mountains, a river close by, an abundance of lush fynbos vegetation, freedom and adventure. Add to this the Centre’s well-equipped facilities, and you’re set for a camp and adventure experience to remember!

SCAS offers a wide range of camps & programs at a very reasonable price.
Groups can decide between SCAS Camps or self catering (own) camps.
Other campsites
If “Die Eiland” does not have enough space, is already booked, or the group has specific needs, we can book another campsite and facilitate the camp program there.

- Accommodation up to 100 (65 beds) – 6 units (each with own ablution)
